    1. Type of paint for the casserole? Is this paint healthy?

    The same paint is used for porcelain dishes, which is 100% healthy and safe.

    2. Is it safe to use directly on the stove or in the oven?

    The casserole is designed for use directly on the stove, with attention to some instructions..

    1- Avoid placing it empty.


    2- Avoid sudden changes in temperature, for example “exposing it to cold water after leaving the oven.”


    3- To preserve it, before first use, soak it in hot water for 5 hours, and after washing, store it upside down.

    3. Is there a warranty on the products?

    All products come with a one-year replacement warranty against manufacturing defects. There is insurance on shipments against breakage.

    4. Can pottery withstand high temperatures?

    All casseroles and food preparation tools from Aerthy are exposed to high temperatures during manufacturing, reaching 1100 degrees Celsius, as it is designed to withstand heat.

    5. Are the manufacturing materials used healthy?

    Of course, because it is made from 100% pure Aswan clay without any additives, and the paint used is the same as what is used in porcelain dishes.

    6. Is it dishwasher or oven safe?
